What's Not In It
The list is as important as the ingredients.
When you keep a formula to seven real ingredients, the more telling question is often what got left out. Most hair and scalp oils add things for shelf life, lower cost, or a prettier bottle on the shelf — not for the person using them.
Here's what's deliberately not in TrueRoot7, and why.
No fillers or carrier dilution. Every oil is here at full strength. We don't stretch the bottle with cheap filler oils.
No water. TrueRoot7 is 100% oil — no water, no dilution, and none of the synthetic preservatives that water-based products need.
No synthetic stabilizers or emulsifiers. These exist to stop an oil from separating so it looks uniform on a shelf. They do nothing for your scalp, so they're not here — which is exactly why you shake the bottle before each use. It's a feature, not a flaw.
No silicones. No synthetic slip agents. Just plant oils.
No synthetic fragrance. The scent comes entirely from the real rosemary, peppermint, and cedarwood in the blend — no fragrance oils, no "parfum," nothing added to perfume or mask.
No artificial color. The deep rose-red comes from unrefined pumpkin seed oil, exactly as it's pressed. Nothing dyed, nothing tinted.
No mineral oil or petrolatum. Nothing petroleum-derived. Every oil is plant-based.
No synthetic preservatives. Natural vitamin E keeps the blend fresh — so no parabens or lab-made preservatives.
Just seven ingredients — and that's the entire list. No asterisks, no "and other natural ingredients," no fine print. What's on the label is what's in the bottle.
