First Bottle Satisfaction Guarantee

We know it's a leap to try a new product from a small brand you've never bought from before. So we make it simple:

If you're not satisfied with your first bottle of TrueRoot7, send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

That's it. No hoops, no explanation required.

How it works

  1. Email us at trueroot7oil@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery and let us know you'd like a refund.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. Ship the bottle back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll refund your purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

The details

  • The guarantee applies to your first bottle, one per customer.
  • Requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
  • The bottle must be returned to receive the refund.
  • We refund the purchase price. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Unopened orders

Changed your mind before you opened it? Send it back unopened within 90 days and we'll refund the purchase price the same way.

Damaged or leaking on arrival

If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at trueroot7oil@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. Once we see it, we'll ship you a replacement free of charge — no cost, no return needed. That one's on us, not you.

(If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, just say so and we'll take care of it.)

Shipping

Free Shipping to the lower 48 states. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

In-stock orders ship within 2 business days (most ship the next day). Orders ship via USPS, and you'll get tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Because we mix in small batches to keep every bottle fresh, we occasionally sell out. If your order is on backorder, we'll email you right away and ship it within 2 weeks — usually much sooner.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account, with no fees and no phone calls. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged.
